Having a content planner is a life saver. It allows you to plan out your content and so that you are ready to get ahead. This here is the January 2020 content planner for you to use to plan out your content for the new year.
WHAT IS A CONTENT PLANNER
A content calendar can be anything used to plan, schedule, and organise content. Depending on what content you are working on, a content calendar can be used for blogging, social media, or editorial planning. Their basic purpose is the same no matter what they are used for.
DO I NEED A CONTENT PLANNER
If you want to Wing-It, than no. But if you want consistency than yes. Simply put, if you don’t plan, you are wasting time you could be spending being productive. And if you don’t keep organised, you’ll be less likely to succeed.
Using a calendar makes it easier for you to plan out the content you need over a period of time. That could be over a week, a month, or however far ahead you’d like to plan. In short, you’ll work more efficiently and effectively with less stress.
TYPES OF CONTENT PLANNERS
I use two types of content planners:
This is a hardcopy print of a calendar. With this kind, you can print it out with the content already put on it, or you can print out a blank calendar that you can write on.
There is a number of scheduling tools that you can look into that will allow you plan and schedule content. I personally use Planoly, but there are others to consider like; Later, CoSchedule, Hootsuit, and many others.
I have attached the January 2020 content planner that is free to download. Hope it will help you plan out your content and keep your head above water.
